Sizes 12 months to 10 years

Please Note that the Natty Jacket/Vest has been completely re-done with a different computer program that grades and nests the patterns. The earlier version was a size 2T to 6 years. The newer version is 12 months to 10 years and is much more precise so it won't match up exactly to the old pattern (if you are comparing them.) This pattern has also had improvements to make it better. These changes won't affect the style of the pattern, but it will make it fit and feel better...which is a very good thing :)
